This is more than enough to pull 25 of our clients that we have moved over to protonmail over the past 2 year. I mean I don't expect reddit users to not understand what is for but after waiting more than 48 hours (on a paid account at that *smh*) for support on a ticket that shows traceroutes and says problem is incoming mail, the tech either didn't even read the email (very short so very unlikely) or the tech has no idea what they are talking about. Tech sent one sentence back 'Try ' which shows he has no idea what he is talking about.

After more than 48 hours of multiply businesses not receiving their email I recieve an email back from protonmail tech support where I meation that we are not getting our incoming mail and showing traceroutes. This is not just this account also several other business paid accounts that we have. I have also done a traceroute from several different networks and all showed failure on protonmails end. It is on their mx domain and it has nothing to do with our servers sending email to protonmail's mx record as several or client are reporting undelivered mail. UPDATE: Tech sent one sentence back 'Try ' which shows he has no idea what he is talking about. Traceroutes can be ran at and showing no route on protonmails side for mx domain. This is not the protonmail webmail access portal at its the domain for the mx record for custom domains for business use (could also be used for personal but rarely besides tech geeks like me :) We missing most all of our mail for these past couple days as it started on the Oct. Contacted support 'on a pro account' and a day later and still no response. We have done a traceroute showing its on their end.
