My keyboard, mouse and wireless headset are all USB 3.0 devices and show no issues in device manager. I also have a media reader which has one USB 3.0 port on it which is connected to MB 19 pin header ( or through USB expansion card when connected that way ) All of my USB ports connected to MB in the back of PC are USB 3.0 ( and one 3.1 ) I have a front mounted USB 2.0 panel which is connected to MB at the USB 2.0 header. Just a few other things I have tried to narrow down the issue with USB ports in Windows 10 since my last post. If they do not work, then the problem is not the card, but something having to do with the that header or settings related to that header in the BIOS.There are built in USB 3.0 ports connected to the motherboard and are working in Win7 & Win10.
